I never thought I’d write a review for a place where I get my oil changed – but the consistency of friendly, prompt, and trustworthy service left me with no choice but to praise the team at Havoline.
I will be moving to Greensboro in two weeks, but I feel it is likely I will make the drive to continue having my oil changed at Havoline in Kernersville. They really do “deserve” the custom by being so unusually friendly and courteous.

I have never had imaginary problems with my car invented by them. On different occasions I had a filter replaced (it was shown to me and for sure needed it – and was cheap) and a brake light replaced (maybe $6, and of course very necessary). I know that I can bring a healthy car to them and not get bizarre diagnoses.

They are quick to pick my car up from me when I pull in, and very polite at all stages of interaction I have with them, every member of staff I have encountered so far.

The bill is reasonable, and I am planning to start a loyalty discount with them to reduce that further.

Very glad to bring them business whenever I need my oil changed.
