Many oil change services today use 5W-30 or 5W-20 engine oils. However, we use the oil that your vehicle manufacturer recommends. By using the proper oil, your car will perform well no matter what the temperature. The right oil can also improve gas mileage.
With your oil change, you will also receive a new oil filter. We replace the filter so it can easily trap any particles that make your engine oil dirty. If you don’t replace the filter, your oil won’t perform as well as it could.
While we are changing your oil, we will also do a courtesy check of all fluid levels. This includes your brake fluid and power steering fluid, as well as transmission fluid, and coolant/antifreeze. Additionally, we’ll check your air filter to assess whether or not it needs to be changed. If any other fluids need to be changed or topped off, we can do it as we are changing your engine oil. So, you don’t need to make another appointment or spend time coming back another day. We’ll get you in and out quickly so you can get back to your life.
